The Onion had an article a little while back about companies having to pay obese Americans for selling fattening food, and now there is an actual lawsuit against fast food companies accusing them of selling fattening food and consumers “are not getting adequate warning about foods that cause obesity.”
I agree that this lawsuit “gives frivolous a bad name.”
