Well, today was the official start of classes for the spring semester. I had my first one, and it wasn’t too bad. Of course, I will be pretty bored during the day, since my first class starts at 5:45pm, but that gives me plenty of time to sleep in and do errands. (Hey, I’m a senior, I think I deserve that!) So, that’s what I did for pretty much the whole day. I had to get my car over at Firestone, since the alternator decided to go, and we were lucky it didn’t happen on the drive up from Kansas City.As for classes, they aren’t too bad, if you don’t mind walking out and about in the cold, Wisconsin wind. It’s currently around 15 degrees outside, which, in itself, is not too bad. However, when you combine that with a standard windspeed of 20 to 30 miles an hour, the windchill is enough to make your spine stand straight up, and chill you pretty bad. But, it seems like most people are managing it.
Tonights activities, aside from class, include doing some reading and going to see the hypnotist over in the varsity theater. He always delivers a great show, and I’m excited to see what he’ll get the people to do this year. Definitely some quality entertainment. And, that’s about all that’s happened over the past few days, I’ll update more, later.
