Late night talks

Wow, I haven’t posed here since Monday?!? What the heck?

To give everyone an update, Confirmation went well. It was about two and a half hours each night. I got so sick of playing stuff on the piano, since I had to put some instrumental music behind the confirmation procession. But, at least I got to see the Archbishops. As a result, I have decided that next year, I will plan that whole thing a bit better than leaving it to the last minute! In other news, we all had a great time on Wednesday at Holy Cross and I am looking forward to next week, when we have our rice bowl meal. I need to go to the grocery store this weekend so I can start making my part of the dinner!

Last night, I went out and saw this crazy movie about quantum mechanics and how the whole field of theory relates to me as a person, from my emotions, to what I think, down to how my cells behave. It was quite interesting and the discussion afterward was pretty deep. I think that the movie ended around 9, and I discussed stuff involving faith and theology (and quantum physics) until about 1 in the morning with a whole bunch of people. I haven’t had some good theological discussion like that in a while.

Today is Friday, which means that the weekend is only eight hours away and stations are tonight! I’m looking forward to them. My parents are actually going to be able to make it this evening, so that will be great. Have a wonderful weekend!
