Adoration

I was in Eucharistic Adoration this morning and was absolutely amazed at how many people were there. There was only one person when I went into the chapel and when I left, there were about seven people there praying! The chapel had almost run out of seats.

To me, this is amazing. I have been talking with a number of people about prayer and adoration recently. To see the number of people in the chapel this morning, praying with me, was very inspiring.

In other news, this weekend, I will be on a TEC retreat out at Prairie Star Ranch. Please remember the retreat in your prayers this weekend. We have about 36 people so far signed up and one of the best retreat teams that I have ever worked with. I’m very excited for it. Go TEC 197!

    adoration
I agree with Nick on Eucharistic Adoration. I’m always amazed at our Chapel. It’s a 24/7 thing. Every hour is covered. I truly believe if every parish had perpetual adoration their parish would be so much stronger. I know it’s made a difference, we’ve had it for about 10 years now. How can you say no to Jesus. Ok, I’m done Nick. You have a pretty kewl website. Yea, I believe this TEC will be one of the most amazing weekends for our young people attending. Peace and Blessings! TEC 197 Rocks!

    Thanks!
Thanks a lot. I’m hoping that the new website will allow me to do some thing that I wasn’t able to do with the old site.

On the adoration topic, I met a new person in the adoration chapel today. She happens to be a social worker and comes early so she can get all her prayers done before she begins her day as well!
