This week’s been a blur
When I started this week, I had no idea what I was going to do with all my time at work. Now, it’s Thursday morning, and it feels like my week has just rushed past! Well, I guess that’s what happens when you enjoy your job.
For those who have asked, the youth groups are going well, this next week, I am planning on delving into the Nicene Creed with the junior high youth group. I’m pretty excited about it, but I still have lots of research to do before I can fully talk about everything. It’s going to be a fun time.
This weekend, however, I am concentrating all my efforts on the TEC retreat. I’ll be leaving tomorrow morning for Prairie Star ranch and will be gone until Monday. As a result, later this afternoon, as time permits, I’ll be posting the weekly humor link. Until then, everyone have a wonderful Thursday!
Youth Group
Man, you all have missed a great week. I hung out with a number of people last night, talking about lots of things, from Harry Potter to Mary and her intercession. Pretty cool. Today, I’ve spent time getting the religious education forms ready so that people can begin to register for the fall.
This evening, I’m off to do mass at Holy Spirit. Everyone should come and join us tonight! If you’re interested, let me know and I can get you some details.
Now that I am getting settled down into the new job, I will be posting on a more regular basis and also will be starting up the Friday humor links once again. Stay tuned for a new one tomorrow!
