I’d like to point out what I think is a brilliant marketing effort by Google. Check out this job posting for students in college. The text of the page pretty much sums up what the applicant will do:

We also want to make sure that you don’t go hungry or study on an empty stomach.

That’s amazing. You are buying free pizza for your customers who probably already love your services. On top of that, you are enhancing your brand and showing people who may be your future employees that you care about them and what they are learning.
